Photography Services & Pricing

The Office of University Relations & Marketing can provide photography services to external clients holding events at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ locations.

If you would like to capture photos of your conference, awards ceremony, lecture or event, Stockton staff are available to provide high-quality images and a timely turnaround.

Photography Rates

Event Coverage & Processing

Includes pre-event consultation, photographer’s time and processed images delivered via Google Drive within 5 business days.

Hourly  $150/hour (1-hour minimum)
Rush Processing +$200 Same Day
+$100 Next Day

 

Fees

Set-up time $50/hour (if needed)
After-hours +$50/hour
Weekends +$75/hour (4-hour minimum)
Extended Retouching +25/image (at client’s request)

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand there may be circumstances where clients will need to cancel a scheduled photo assignment. Please contact our office by phone or email as soon as possible to let us know the event has been canceled. There is no charge for canceling a photo shoot 1 full business day in advance.

All photographs may be added to our image archive and made available to all gallery visitors.
