Multicultural Center Programming
The Multicultural Center offers programs that promote identity development, academic success, and student well-being, especially for BIPOC, first-generation, and spiritually diverse students. By bridging Student Affairs and Academic Affairs through intentional programming and strategic partnerships, the Center fosters both academic achievement and holistic student development.
Monthly discussion of films/shows exploring media representation, socialization, and stereotypes of marginalized identities.
A series fostering open dialogue on race, ethnicity, power, privilege, intersectionality, unconscious bias, and microaggressions.
Panels featuring students, faculty, staff, and alumni sharing lived experiences, perspectives, and advice on navigating identity, career, and community impact.
Monthly community gatherings with intentional conversationand soul food.
Safe spaces for male identifying students to openly discuss mental health while building community and expanding support.
Monthly celebrations of culture through music, food, games,and activities.
Events honoring the history, contributions, and experiences of marginalized identities through heritage month celebrations and educational programs and panels.
